However, due to a mistake, a very special girl is sent to them. Anne’s character is the opposite of Marilla’s, and despite the initial decision to send the girl back, she decides to let her stay on trial. It won’t take long for the girl to change Marilla’s mind and make her aware that ever since Anne’s arrival, their lives have changed for the best.
